to give his belt up over a decision. after the first Gus fight, I knew a person is going to have to knock Jones out, submit him, or drug test him to get his belt. Jones has now lost two fights by decision the way I see it yet again his loss is called a unanimous decision in his favor.

My hope, that one mobster that lost big money on this fight puts a bullet in a judges head as he exits the arena, bet this wont happen again. This is several fights jones has lost but won due to inept(crooked) judging. I will never buy another UFC fight and I hope a lot of others do the same.

he’s a good CB, but he’s not worth even close to that type of money. Has not produced a turnover in two years at CB, allowed 5 TDs, and allowed a passer rating of 85 and 88 the last two years.

Some of these "highlights" above show plays made on great WRs, but look at the throws; late or off target. That first highlight with Hopkins is actually comical, Byron gets absolutely burned off the line and the throw is so behind Hopkins and late that it hits Byron in the back while his head is turned towards the receiver, of course. When you look at the actual games, Hopkins: 9 receptions, 151 yards and Evans: 6 receptions, 90 yards, 1 TD, it makes you realize that this isn’t a "shut-down" corner that will change football games. No reason to pay him top dollar. Let Elway spend his money foolishly per usual. After Peyton they’ve been an absolute dumpster fire.

IF anything. Jones MAYBE POSSIBLY could have won 2 but Reyes even outstruck him in that.

I think the key to beating Jones has become a bit clearer. Pressure and cardio… He constantly avoided getting into a brawl with Reyes because he kept getting tagged with heavy shots.

Plus. That body punch that put Jones down was a thing of beauty.

He talked about how he was the guy to beat Jones, talked loads of trash at him, then lost to Rumble. 2 fights later he was out of the UFC.

He is a champion caliber fighter and showed that against an extremely talented and hungry fighter in Reyes. Don’t get me wrong, there is very little I like about Jones, in fact he’s pretty much the antithesis of everything I believe in, but the fact remains he is a great mma fighter, with or without drugs.

for a jackets team that has suffered a ton of injuries, this is the biggest one and likely the one they probably will not survive
