Sherman’s main weakness is speed and the possibility of being burned deep. Thomas doesn’t tend to feast on deep routes—if Sherman only has to worry about short and intermediate routes, he has a great chance to blanket Thomas. That’s right in his wheel house. Defending someone like a healthy Julio Jones would be much tougher for Sherman, as he’d have to play more off coverage to respect Jones’ deep speed, conceding more of the underneath stuff.

Jones could hang with him for a bit. But I agree Stipe wins it

Julio has been widely recognized as the best in the game at his position. You wanna say top 3 cool. Nobody who’s not a falcons fan has ever said Ryan is the best QB in the game. Hes barely top 10 right now hello! I know your feelings hurt but the truth is the truth. Ryan’s a good QB love what’s he’s done, but this is a business dont ever forget it.

We trade Jones to 1 of these 4 teams (these teams have a need at DT & they have the cap space to afford Jones)

Cowboys (pick 17)
Bills (pick 22)
Dolphins (pick 18 or 26)
Seahawks (pick 27)

With Jones gone; We can afford to keep sammy & hopefully takes a pay cut, we’ll be able to re-sign guys like Fuller & Pennel

We get one 1st round pick & 1 3rd/4th round pick

We can fuck around & sign someone like Derrick Henry, Melvin Gordon, Hunter Henry, Chris Harris Jr. (who wants to be a chief really badly), or Bryan Jones, etc.

I’d much rather have Pennel, Fuller, 2 solid free agents & one 1st round pick & another mid round pick than Chris Jones

There was a 12 strike difference for the entire fight, that went to Reyes.

Jones was more accurate landing 62% to Reyes 44%

Jones got the only 2 takedowns.

It was hardly a robbery. I could see the case for Reyes sure, buy Reyes didn’t win and he doesn’t get extra credit for doing well against Jones.
