You have no idea Brown will be that good. We know LW isn’t. I guess Lawrence isn’t enough? Please. No more DTs when there are so many other glaring needs on this team. Especially not at #4.

Articles like this remind us of just how bad this organization has been in the draft and why they can’t take the next step. Without question Quinn’s basic knowledge of defense has saved TDs job. You look at DE and DT before Quinn and man it’s ugly.
Matt Ryan was a no brainier and they sold the farm to get Julio but his Talent was also a no brainier. Tough sledding for this front office.

Because we have so many needs and there are a lot of desirable OT’s in this draft.
That fourth pick means one of the top three quarterbacks, after which there is a dramatic fall off.
Someone will be highly motivated to get that quarterback: Chargers, Colts, Bears, Dolphins…

Josh jones and Jeff Gladney were also available with my 1st pick but it would really depend on who we resign in free agency.

They had 26 significant strikes for Reyes as compared to 19 for Jones -

And Jones didn’t land any TDs until the 4th and 5th rounds -

I didn’t perceive Reyes as really fading until mid to late in the 4th round and (I’d have to rewatch it to be sure) but seem to remember a lot of effective shots, particularly lots of effective counters in that 3rd round. (Which only one judge gave to Jones)

So it’s hard to see how you’d see it as a clear Jones round,but thanks for responding.
