If he "just accumulates a lot of volume stats compared to other average TEs because of the offense he plays in" then it would be safe to say that any tight end for the Falcons in that offense should put up similar results… yet that didn’t happen. In the three games he missed, tight ends were targeted 9 times and made 7 receptions for only 113 yards.
Not sure who you’re calling average? Ryan, Julio, Jones, Jarrett? Those are recent extension recipients he drafted.
Suns now eligible for injury hardship exception as they await trade deadline
Some team ALMOST wanted one of our players.
They didn’t want Saric.
They didn’t want Baynes.
They didn’t want Kaminsky.
They didn’t want Okobo.
They didn’t want Carter.
They didn’t want Tyler Johnson.
And I get why. I’ve been watching them play.
A team thought they might want Oubre, but after some further consideration … nah.
They would take our draft pick, sure, but only if the lack of protection on it meant it was going to be a really good one.
Basically, the market was not good for the Suns. The Suns were trying to drop their crap off at Goodwill, and they were told to take it to the dump.
The Suns need more talent than what they have.
While there are many here who happily blame Jones, he has added talent to the team. He added Oubre, Rubio, Cam, and Jerome.
Along with the core 3, that makes seven players who might be able to play on a real pro team. Plus possibly Lecque. Maybe Diallo.
This summer he will probably be replacing six players. Maybe the Suns will get a few more real players, and get the number of actual talented, court-worthy players up to 10.
How long has it been since the Suns had 10 actual NBA players? A while.
Money talks, but Byron Jones walks? The Cowboys may have other plans at cornerback
…we might be able to afford Jones too. I think he’s too old to sign for more than 4 years at his position. Which also makes it hard for Byron to accept a team friendly deal.
Midnight Mania! Corey Anderson is the favorite to face Jon Jones next
it probably will be someone like Corey that no one will see coming.
for now its obvious the only way to beat Jones is get more social media followers than him. once that element is in place THEN you can get a decision win over him. if you cant win over social media, you cant win over decision.
