if we offer a 3 year 54 million contract and he turns it down I will gladly tag him and have no problem with him sitting in the preseason.

But I think he is delusional to think that he can command Julio Jones money after sitting for 2 years. What we cannot do is cut him or trade him for a pick that isn’t worth it. I heard what he said and it was arrogant.

I understand that isn’t Jones’ fault, but this organization always seems to find the next excuse.

That fight was closer than the first Jones vs Gus scrap. Anyone that thinks Reyes was running away with it is a normy casual and anyone that thinks Jones ran away with it is a blind homer. Round 3 could have gone either way depending on how judges viewed the significance of the takedowns/octagon control/pressure..it needs to be ran back either way. Reyes is the first fighter to truly challenge Jones in a long time.

And either trade him or he will play in KC another year.

He’s a flamethrower with deception. But once you can read the ball out of his hand, the magic dissipates.

Did he jump over him? Obviously. Did he pass him without touching? Clearly not. Was it better than anything Jones, who didn’t ‘clear’ that much shorter rapper by the same standards, could offer? Obsolutely

….as you said, Jones never "acted" arrogant….he acts humble and stoic.
