Hey happy New Year’s! Thanks for checking out some links today and happy victory Monday! The Los Angeles Rams narrowly defeated the New York GIants this past Sunday, but a win is a win! LA found a way. A part of the reason they won, and have a winning season, is because of the performances being put up by their rookies:

Sean McVay and others say that football is the ultimate team sport. Every piece matters. These rookies would probably give credit to the players and coaches around them but give these guys their credit too! It’s increible what these rookies are accomplishing. Hopepfully only up from here.

Please commnent on what you’d like and have a great day!

Oh, and the Rams are in the playoffs. Not a bad holiday for LA.

“Mason Crosby missed a 54-yard field goal attempt in the final minute as the Rams held on to win, moving to the cusp of an NFC playoff berth.

Quarterback Tyrod Taylor broke off a 31-yard run to put the Giants on the edge of field-goal range, but Crosby, who briefly was on the Rams’ roster just three weeks ago, kicked the ball left of the uprights.

If the Pittsburgh Steelers defeat the Seattle Seahawks (game is in progress) or the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings tie tonight, the Rams will clinch a playoff berth.”

NFL Week 17 grades: Ravens earn ‘A+’ for destroying Dolphins, Eagles get an ‘F’ for shocking loss to Cardinals (cbssports)

“The Rams decided to live dangerously in this game. There were plenty of mistakes, including two interceptions by Matthew Stafford and a punt return TD by the Giants, but the Rams survived thanks to their stars. Although Stafford threw two picks, he also threw for 317 yards and a TD. Kyren Williams continues to play like he’s a human cannonball. The Rams running back rushed for three touchdowns and L.A. needed all of them. Puka Nacua took a step toward breaking the rookie receiving record with a huge day that included five catches for 118 yards. As for the Rams defense, they sacked Tyrod Taylor six times, but they did struggle in crunch time. Despite that, the Rams escaped from New York with a win and when you’re fighting for a playoff spot, that’s the only thing anyone cares about.”
