After the L.A. Rams fell to 3-6 following a 20-3 loss to the Green Bay Packers, the positive responses to the question “Are you confident that the team is headed in the right direction” were near 40%. Not ideal for a team less than two years removed from winning the Super Bowl.
However, the Rams have rebounded since the bye week to win their last two games and a win against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday would jump L.A. over the Seattle Seahawks. Also jumping up: Positive responses to the poll.
At 5-6, 93% of Rams fans are confident that the franchise is headed in the right direction, which is also right around where it was the last time the team was coming off of a win against the Cardinals in Week 6.
The solution is clear: Always play the Arizona Cardinals.
Where will fan confidence be if the Rams don’t beat the Browns or Ravens in the next two games? We’ll find out in two weeks. It can’t get much higher than 93%.
