Rams vs. Ravens, Week 14: Game thread for first half

Can the Rams get above .500 with a win over the Ravens?

NFL: Los Angeles Rams at Baltimore Ravens Mitch Stringer-USA TODAY Sports

The Los Angeles Rams (6-6) travel to take on the Baltimore Ravens (9-3) for Week 14 of the NFL season. The game kicks off at 1:00pm ET. Here’s our how to watach guide and some prop bets for your consideration. The Rams will be without starting tight end, Tyler Higbee, in this one. Both LA and Baltimore may also have to navigate some weather conditions. There is plenty on the line here as Baltimore looks to try and lock up a playoff spot, and the Rams are hoping to earn a spot to play beyond the regular season.

Matthew Stafford has been playing some really good football for LA this year. On the other side of the field is Lamar Jackson who had led his team to nine wins so far, and also has been playing excellent football. It will be interesting to see which quarterback will better navigate the weather and the opposing defense. Both of these teams have some studs on defense.

Running back Kryen Williams has returned for the Rams and has looked like the feature back this team has been missing since not Todd Gurley (to be clear Rams fans I am not saying Williams is Gurley!), and Williams has been seemingly playing suberb as a runner, in passing downs and pass protection. Baltimore has a few capable runners not to mention one of the best running and most dynamic quarterbacks we’ve seen at the NFL level with Jackson. LA will have their work cut out of them today if they want to the keep the Ravens grounded.

This is an NFC vs AFC matchup so expect plenty of playoff and or draft implications with today’s game!
