The Seattle Seahawks head to AT&T Stadium to take on the Dallas Cowboys, in a pivotal NFC matchup that could have a big affect on the NFC wild card seeding. The Cowboys are on a three-game win streak after a 45-10 blow out of division rivals, the Washington Commanders. Meanwhile, the Seahawks are riding a two-game losing streak, with both losses coming from divisional opponents in the Rams and 49ers. With a loss to the Cowboys, Seattle risks losing it’s hold on the sixth seed in the NFC.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, Dallas is currently favored heavily over Seattle in tonight’s game. We have been using Tallysight to get our picks in each week, so sign up at Tallysight for submitting your own bets.

Dallas has been playing very well as of late, with double-digit wins in four of their last five wins. Unfortunately for the Cowboys, they are in a division with the NFC leading Philadelphia Eagles, and sit in the fifth seed for the playoffs right now.

Seattle, meanwhile, cannot afford to lose again after dropping their last two-games, or risk potentially losing their wildcard spot to either the Green Bay Packers or the Los Angeles Rams. This is a game all Rams fans will be watching closely considering that if LA can pick up a win in Cleveland this week and Seattle loses, both teams would both be 6-6 with Los Angeles holding the tiebreaker over the Seahawks.

I feel like teams are starting to figure out Geno Smith a little bit after a full season of being the starter, and it doesn’t help that the QB has been dealing with an elbow injury. Even worst for the Seahawks, they may be without their star RB Kenneth Walker again, who was listed as doubtful on Wednesday’s injury report. Even if Seattle’s offense wasn’t dealing with injuries, Dallas sports one of the most formidable defenses in the league, including LB Micah Parsons and CB DaRon Bland, who just set an NFL record with his fifth interception returned for a touchdown.

I am with the odds makers, and I think the Cowboys win this game in a major way. I am taking them to cover the spread and get the victory. I am also taking the over in this one, just because I think Dallas will continue to put up points after scoring 40 or more in three of their last five bouts.
