The Los Angeles Rams waived interior offensive lineman Jamil Demby on Wednesday, per Kevin Modesti of Los Angeles Daily News. In a corresponding roster move the team signed familiar face, Jeremiah Kolone.
Rams announced two moves with backup offensive linemen. They signed Jeremiah Kolone (on 2020 practice squad) and waived Jamil Demby (6th round pick in 2018).

Demby was drafted by the Rams in the 6th round of the 2018 draft after playing college football at the University of Maine. He was also cut during his first training camp with LA and spent most of the year with the Detroit Lions. Los Angeles re-signed Demby in 2018 ahead of their Week 14 contest, where he remained until today.
Kolone re-joins the Rams after spending the 2020 season on the practice squad. He also plays along the interior of the offensive line and should provide depth in place of Demby.
Center Brian Allen is penciled in as the backup to Austin Corbett. Coleman Shelton (C/G) and Chandler Brewer (G) are also key depth pieces on the inside of the line. Kolone will be competing for a roster spot against these players.
The Rams are preparing this week for a joint practice against the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday, who are currently dealing with injuries to key players.
