Random Ramsdom: What is the strongest position group on the Rams?

We’re now two days away from the 2021 NFL Draft! Can you feel it? The excitement running through your bones? It’s almost too much to bare at this point.

For today, we’re going to kick things off with the simple question: What position group on the Rams roster would you consider the strongest heading into this weekend?

For me, I think it’d be easy to say the defensive line solely due to the presence of Aaron Donald, but I’m going to go elsewhere and say the wide receiver position is, by far, the strongest and deepest group on the team.

Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods, blooming youngster Van Jefferson, and veteran speedster DeSean Jackson are an easy bunch to fall in love with. It’s truly a group that will force defenses to pick their poison on every play. The emergence of running back Cam Akers keeps the team balanced while offering the opportunity to be explosive in the ground as well as in the air. You gotta love it.

Let me know all of your thoughts in the comments below. Which groups reign supreme on the Rams to you?

And now for today’s links.
