Random Ramsdom: Who is your breakout player for 2021?

The Rams lost quite a bit of talent from their number one-ranked defense in 2020 over the past month.

Cornerback Troy Hill, safety John Johnson, and defensive tackle Michael Brockers were all starters last season, and this doesn’t include impact role players like defensive tackle Morgan Fox.

Younger players will have to step up in 2021 and I think that’s an easy place to look when we’re talking about potential breakout guys in this upcoming season.

Who is YOUR potential breakout star for the Rams in this upcoming season?

I’ll kick things off.

I think defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Day is going to have a career year in 2021. He’ll be looked to as a 31-game starter over the past two seasons to step up in place of Michael Brockers, who is now with the Detroit Lions. Joseph-Day has three sacks to his name and I’ll call it right here that he will double that amount this year.

Now I’ll throw it to you guys. Let me know in the comments below who your guy is.

Now for today’s links.
