Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp was recognized as the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for his performance in October. This is Kupp’s second time winning the award during the 2021 season.

Your NFC Offensive Player of the Month had 38 receptions, 557 yards, 5 TDs in October pic.twitter.com/QIvcQ1ZL90
The receiver hauled in 38 catches for 557 yards and five touchdowns last month. Through 8 games Kupp has accumulated 63 receptions for 924 yards and 10 touchdowns, and the yardage and touchdown figures currently sit atop the NFL leaderboards. Only Tyreek Hill of the Kansas City Chiefs has more catches (64).
It is clear that the veteran wide receiver’s chemistry with quarterback Matthew Stafford is paying dividends for the Rams so far this year. Kupp has been far and away the primary receiving threat for LA, and it will be interesting to see how defenses attempt to adjust and take him away over the second half of the season.
Kupp has already matched his career-high in receiving touchdowns set back in 2019 with 10. His career-high value for receiving yards is 1,161 (also from 2019), so Kupp needs just 237 yards over the next 9 games in order to meet his previous career-best.
