The Arizona Cardinals fell to the Green Bay Packers in week eight and now no longer have a better record than the Los Angeles Rams. Both are 7-1. The Cardinals own the head to head match up but how do the top NFC West teams stack up in other areas? Let’s have a look.

NFC WEST
BEST TOUCHDOWN TO INTERCEPTION RATIO - RAMS
Matthew Stafford owns this category with 22 touchdowns. That’s more than Kyler Murray and all the other quarterbacks in the division. Murray has 17 and Russell Wilson has 10. Stafford has only threw four interceptions to Murray’s seven. Stafford is the best passer in the NFC West.
PASSING YARDS LEADER - RAMS
Stafford owns this category too. The Ram’s passer has a total of 2,477 yards through the air so far compared to Murray’s 2,276. No other divisional passer comes close with the next being the San Francisco 49ers Jimmy Garoppolo with 1,428. The Rams have the best passing attack in the division.
RECEIVING YARDS LEADER - RAMS
Cooper Kupp is the best receiver across the league this season. By that token, he is also the best receiver in the NFC West. In total receiving yards he has the most in the division with 924 yards compared to the next best Deebo Samuel with 819. Interestingly, the Cardinals DeAndre Hopkins is fifth on the list with 486. LA has the best receiver in the division.
RUSHING YARDS - RAMS
Darrell Henderson Jr has a total of 507 rushing yards, more than any other running back in the NFC West. The next best is the 49ers Elijah Mitchell with 433 and the Cardinal’s Chase Edmonds has 427. The Cardinals get credit for having two of their backs on the list but nonetheless, in terms of single best producer, the Rams have the best in the division.
