The LA Rams have acquired pass rusher Von Miller on Monday, barely 24 hours ahead of the NFL’s trading deadline on Tuesday. The Rams are sending their 2022 second and third round picks to the Denver Broncos, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Von Miller reacted to the news on Monday morning, noting that he expected to play for the Rams as soon as Sunday night against the Titans.
The Rams were expected to make a move after making a few financial deals to open cap space and after agreeing to part with receiver DeSean Jackson. Adding Miller now gives the LA defense a third proven pass rusher to put next to Aaron Donald and Leonard Floyd, as well as second-year pro Terrell Lewis.
Blockbuster: Broncos are finalizing a trade to send eight-time Pro Bowl linebacker Von Miller to the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for two second-day 2022 draft picks, league sources tell ESPN.

Though Miller has been in the NFL for a long while now, he is health and relatively productive; Miller had eight sacks in 15 games in 2019, missed all of 2020, and he has 4.5 sacks and nine QB hits in seven games in 2021 with the Denver Broncos. Von Miller is an eight-time Pro Bowl linebacker who was the second overall pick in 2011 and now he is a member of the LA Rams.
