Rams-Cardinals, Week 4: Game thread for the second half

NFL: Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

The Arizona Cardinals lead the LA Rams 24-13 at SoFi Stadium. It is halftime and LA’s miscues have been the story for why they are trailing after two quarters. But not all hope is lost and there is a lot of time for the Rams to find the end zone with Matthew Stafford and company, so long as they execute better in the second half.

Matthew Stafford has been inaccurate for the first time this season, sailing a number of passes over his receivers. He is 11-of-21 for 145 yards with a touchdown and an interception on an underthrown ball to DeSean Jackson. Van Jefferson leads LA with three catches for 48 yards and a touchdown. Cooper Kupp has only caught two of seven targets, dropping one pass, and generally not getting onto the same page with Stafford yet today.

Sony Michel had three carries and lost a fumble. Darrrell Henderson is leading the way with nine carries for 65 yards behind a quality performance by the offensive line.

Kyler Murray is 17-of-24 for 186 yards and two touchdowns, also leading Arizona with 34 rushing yards.
