Rams playoff predictions: Fans are confident that LA can compete for NFC’s top seed

Survey says: Rams fans think that LA can win at least 13 games following a 6-1 start

“How many games will the LA Rams win in 2021?” That was a question posed to Rams fans this week in a survey that has hundreds upon hundreds of responses so far and the results are clear: You think that they can win a lot. Maybe even the highest wins total in LA Rams history!

Want to get your vote counted? The poll remains OPEN! Get in there now and VOTE.

With nearly 600 votes counted so far, 40.6 percent of respondents believe that the Rams can win 13 games, which would match the total number of wins from the 2018 team—albeit with a longer schedule. In that case, LA would finish with a 13-4 record.

But another 27.9 percent of voters said that the Rams could go “14-3 or better” which would match the win total of the 2001 St. Louis Rams that lost in the Super Bowl to the New England Patriots. A 15-2 record would mean the most single-season wins for a Rams team ever.

That would also take one hell of an effort over the next 10 games: 10-0 or 9-1. Is that achievable for this LA team?

The next-closest vote total was 25.6 percent for going 12-5. That would mean that LA went just 6-4 over the next 10 games and that could be devastating for their playoff chances. Not in terms of making the playoffs — LA is virtually guaranteed to do that right now — but what happens when they get there? Because the 7-0 Arizona Cardinals have a cleaner road to the top seed and the 6-1 Packers, 6-1 Buccaneers, and 5-1 Cowboys have something to say about it too.

Can the Rams win at least eight of their next 10 games? They probably need to.

And you need to vote, so get into the Survey if you haven’t already—we should check these results again after 1,000 votes are cast. Frankly these totals are what I would expect from a Texans or Lions fan but we can do much better!
