The Los Angeles Rams are 5-1 and SBNation Reacts is back to tell you how YOU feel about that. Right now, you feel GREAT about that. SB Nation Reacts asks Rams fans one simple question after every game this week: How confident are you in the direction of the team?
Following a draft that once again saw the Rams excuse themselves from day one, fan confidence was barely above 75-percent. It didn’t take long of watching Matthew Stafford in a Rams uniform that confident jumped to the 100 percent mark and though a loss to the Arizona Cardinals nullified those gains, LA is right back near where fans want them to be at 96-percent confidence.
Arizona Cardinals fans have gone from 77 percent confidence in Week 3 to 100 percent confidence entering Week 7.
San Francisco 49ers fans went from 100 percent confidence entering the season to 53 percent confidence after five games.
Seattle Seahawks fans went from 98 percent confidence following a Week 1 win to just 20 percent(!) confidence after dropping to 2-4. Those are the type of approval numbers that get people fired or players traded.
The Rams next take on the Detroit Lions, a team that has seen fans go from being 96 percent confident in the direction of the team following the 2021 draft to currently 73 percent confidence with an 0-6 record. Clearly fans are OK with losing this season at the benefit of next year’s draft, so I’m not sure what’s to complain about at 0-6. So long as you didn’t have high expectations that Jared Goff would be a part of that rebuild.
What would happen to the confidence polls of these two teams if the Lions beat the Rams though?
