Pod-TST: Goff, Donald ready to rock against Packers

The LA Rams facing off against the Green Bay Packers has a good case for the most “must-watch” game on the slate for the divisional round.

It’s not all that often that the number one scoring offense in the NFL takes on the number one scoring defense and the fact that it’s in the playoffs makes it all the more incredible.

In today’s podcast, I go over the Rams’ final injury report that was released on Thursday to discuss who is in, who is out, and how that may affect Saturday’s game.

After that, we discuss one of the biggest storylines heading into Saturday: the receiver-cornerback matchup between All-Pros Davante Adams and Jalen Ramsey.

Lastly, we touch on the hiring of Brad Holmes, the Rams’ Director of College Scouting, over to the Detroit Lions. Holmes was in that role for seven years and has owns the claim to draft hits on Aaron Donald, Jared Goff, Cooper Kupp, and more.

Due to the hiring of Holmes to a GM position, the Rams are also the first team in the NFL to be rewarded two third-round compensatory picks from the NFL’s new hiring initiatives.
