The LA Rams opened as seven-point underdogs to the Green Bay Packers and I expect at least 80-90% of “experts” to pick the home team. Every outlet in this preview picked the Packers to both win and cover the spread.
I don’t know about that.
In Wednesday’s episode of the Pod-TST podcast, I go over six reasons why I expect the Rams to do no less than keep the game close to the final minutes and to hold Aaron Rodgers to far less production than many others believe he will have.
If you want to know why I do believe that, you’ll have to listen to the show.
Here is a quick rundown of the six:
- Aaron Donald
- The Packers Defense
- Green Bay’s schedule this season
- Jalen Ramsey potentially working the slot
- Aaron Rodgers in the playoffs over the last decade
- Sean McVay could be Matt LaFleur’s worst case scenario
