Early Monday morning, NFL insider Ian Rapoport went on Good Morning Football to discuss the Rams’ recent injuries to their key players, including defensive tackle Aaron Donald and wide receiver Cooper Kupp. Per Rapoport, the expectation is that Donald is expected to play through what was diagnosed as “torn rib cartilage”. Now I don’t know about you, but the thought of playing in an NFL game a week after tearing literal cartilage around your ribs sounds absolutely awful, but that is just an incredible testament to the toughness and drive of Donald.
As far as Kupp’s knee injury, it ended up not being as bad as initially thought and he is expected to be just fine heading into Saturday’s matchup with the No. 1-seed Packers.
From @GMFB: #Rams DT Aaron Donald is expected to play through a torn rib cartilage, while WR Cooper Kupp (knee) should be ok. As for the QBs... it's a little more uncertain. pic.twitter.com/CarUD7iJmx

Aaron Donald has a rib injury and “I don't expect that to affect his game status for this week.”
WR Cooper Kupp has bursitis of his knee and “the hope is to have him ready to go.”
