The LA Rams can now keep 16 players on their practice squad, including six veterans. More than ever, the practice squad is an extension of the 53-man roster, which includes that up to two can be activated for a gameday roster depending on the team’s needs that week given the extenuating circumstances we’re all facing.

Gameday rosters have been increased from 46 to 47, but can go up to 48 if the extra activated player is an offensive lineman.

We’ll keep track of which players are being signed to the practice squad here but you can expect it to be a lot of the names who were released this weekend. The Rams and other teams have a tougher job than ever in evaluating young talent at other stops since there was no preseason.

UPDATE: The Rams announced they signed 15 players to their practice squad.. They can add one more.
