Tonight is Episode 2 of Hard Knocks and we’re hoping for an even more exciting installment following the excellent premiere of the new season last Tuesday.
Episode 1 focused plenty on Sean McVay and his coaching staff as they try to navigate the murky waters of training camp amid a pandemic while shining a light on the team’s smallest player, cornerback Donte Deayon, and his larger-than-life personality.
In Episode 2, I expect the good people behind the show to highlight more of the veteran presences on the team with guys like Aaron Donald, Andrew Whitworth, and Robert Woods. One other aspect I’d love to see is more of a focus on some of the coordinators. It’s easy to film the head coach and get good content but being able to delve into the lives and backgrounds of the lesser-known names on the coaching staff is a great way to familiarize the team with it’s loyal fan base.
