With the Canadian Football League canceled, there may be a lot of players soon available to the NFL and one of the more intriguing options has a past with the Rams.
NFL Media reported that Nate Holley is expected to be soon a free agent and that he will have an NFL market. Holley was the CFL’s Most Outstanding Rookie last year while playing for the Calgary Stampeders. He was with the Rams in the 2018 preseason and also spent some time with the Minnesota Vikings.

Surely, the Rams are going to consider taking another look at 25-year-old Holley.
His CFL film is strong and he has a history in American football, which is important. The Rams could use some depth at linebacker, so revisiting the former Kent State player may be worth it.
His familiarity with the Rams could also play in their favor if he has multiple offers so it’s certainly something to monitor.
