The first episode of HBO’s Hard Knocks was so excellent that I got fairly upset when the final credits started to roll. I cannot wait for next weekend and I’m sure you all feel the same.
With that in mind, I thought I’d ask all of you what you’d like to see more or less of when episode two airs next Tuesday. It can involve a player/coach, a certain situation like practice or in the weight room, or maybe you just want to see more of the players outside of their football regimen.
Personally, I think there should have been even more conversation between the players while they are on the field during practices. I love seeing all of the other stuff when it came to off the field hobbies, but the magic is truly made when the players are together in their natural habitat.
Other than that, I’d love to see more of the players working out in their outdoor weight rooms. It might not be the most interesting thing to the general fan, but the former personal trainer in me wants to see these players perform elite acts of strength. Especially the big guys like Aaron Donald and Michael Brockers.
So tell us, what would you like to see when the show airs next Tuesday?
