The Rams offseason needs have included center, guard, tackle, inside linebacker, edge rusher, cornerback, receiver, safety, and kicker to top things off. They have drafted a running back, receiver, edge rusher, and safety thus far.
Snead has been one of the most active general managers in the NFL since being hired with St. Louis in 2012, making several high profile acquisitions of both veterans and draft picks. Previous trades include ones for Jalen Ramsey, Dante Fowler, Marcus Peters, Brandin Cooks, Sammy Watkins, and the first overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft in order to acquire Jared Goff.
