The L.A. Rams have selected LB Clay Johnston with the 234th pick in the NFL draft.
This is at least the third Rams draft pick this year to have a father with an NFL connection: Johnston’s dad Kent is a longtime strength and conditioning coach who was Brett Favre’s best man at his wedding. His son Clay Johnston is a 6’1, 227 pound senior out of Baylor who was having a strong season until a knee injury. He’s now a member of the Rams.
