Defensive lineman Michael Brockers is signing with the Baltimore Ravens, per Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. It is a three-year contract worth $30 million.
The #Ravens are giving former #Rams DT Michael Brockers a 3-year, $30M deal, source said. His versatility had several teams interested.

Brockers, 29, was the 14th overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft. He has been a solid defensive lineman over his eight-year career with the Rams, slotting in beside Aaron Donald since 2014 and starting nearly every game during his tenure. Los Angeles can turn to a rich defensive tackle market to explore replacing Brockers, as many teams have had to part with quality players at the position because of financial reasons and a market that seems destined to make many options available. Some examples include Marcell Dareus and Dontari Poe, who didn’t have their 2020 options picked up and are available to sign.
The Rams could turn to internal options such as Greg Gaines, Tanzel Smart, and Morgan Fox as well, while it is also certainly still a draft need.
