Rams-Cardinals Saturday fan confidence thread

The Los Angeles Rams and Arizona Cardinals will face each other twice in the next 30 days and the first of those meetings is this Sunday in Phoenix. The Cardinals are 6-5 and a win over the Rams would vault them and if that happened a 7-5 record could leave LA dangerously close to the San Francisco 49ers in last place.

But if the Rams win, as they have for the last six meetings (Sean McVay’s tenure as the head coach), then Los Angeles can easily put last week’s loss to the 49ers back where it belongs: in the past. An 8-4 record would be above the expectations that many media members had for the Rams heading into the season and three of their last four games are at home.

Assuming they are allowed to play in California.

The Cardinals have arguably the most exciting play of the season but injuries on defense and the lack of explosive threats on the offensive side of the ball other than Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins have kept Arizona from joining the NFC’s elite teams. So far.

How confident are Rams fans for tomorrow’s showdown?
