Rams-Seahawks second half game thread

There wasn’t much to speak of in the first half

NFL: Los Angeles Rams at Seattle Seahawks Joe Nicholson-USA TODAY Sports

The Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks each scored six points in the first half of their Week 16 matchup. The Rams have 178 yards with one turnover on an interception by Jared Goff. The Seahawks have 116 total yards. Neither team has a touchdown, neither team has entered the red zone.

Both teams have three penalties and the Rams controlled time of possession, 18:18 to 11:42.

But the result is that both teams have six points and Seattle gets the ball to start the second half. Jared Goff is 15 of 26 for 125 yards with an interception on a poor throw that was intercepted by Quandre Diggs. Darrell Henderson has 28 yards on eight carries with rookie Cam Akers inactive. Cooper Kuppe leads the Rams with 49 yards on six receptions.

If the Rams lose, then the Seahawks will have clinched the NFC West. If the Rams win, they’ll clinch a playoff spot and control the division lead with one week to go.

Talk about the second half right here!
