Following the Rams latest loss to the previously-winless Jets, the Rams have dropped quite a bit in this week’s ESPN power rankings, going from No. 6 all the way to No. 13. As of now, they sit one spot above the 8-6 Cardinals and one spot behind the 9-5 Dolphins.
The Cardinals and 104 Seahawks are left on the 2020 schedule and that isn’t exactly what the Rams want to deal with following their recent blunder. A win over the Jets would have solidified an improvement from their 2019 record but now they must topple a divisional opponent to get there, which is always easier said than done. Luckily, they’ve already beat both teams this season, so at least you know it’s already been done before.
The Rams will be without rookie running back Cam Akers against the ‘Hawks this week, but they didn’t need a big day from him to get the W last time they faced off, anyway.
