(We interrupt our normal football coverage with some news about Rams players simply being good humans.)

Earlier this week, Rams defensive tackle Sebastian Joseph-Day partnered with fellow tackle Michael Brockers and the St. Margaret’s Center in Inglewood to donate $25,000 to families in need this holiday season.

Their large donation will be able to help over 500 families and more than 1,000 children. St. Margaret’s was able to gift each child with a $25 gift card while their families also received a $25 grocery certificate.

“My father has always taught me to use my blessings as much as I can to be a blessing for others,” Joseph-Day said “Super honored to do this with Michael Brockers!”

Good on these guys for walking the walk during the holiday season.

And now for today’s links.
