In a recent 2021 mock draft by The Draft Network, Senior NFL Draft Analyst Jordan Reid has the Rams grabbing an athletic edge rusher in the second round at pick #54 and a former 5-star offensive tackle recruit with pick #85 in the third.
Hamilcar Rashed Jr. is a 6’4, 238-pound pass rusher out of Oregon State that just recently accepted an invitation to participate in this year’s Reese’s Senior Bowl. He’s played just one game this year due to the PAC-12 having just started their season last week, but he’s looking to build off of a 14-sack, 22.5-TFL season in 2019.
Their third-round pick, Stanford offensive tackle Walker Little, was a highly-touted high school recruit who was named the conference’s Co-Freshman Offensive Player of the Year in his first year on campus. After putting together another solid sophomore season, the 6’7, 309-pound Little suffered a season-ending injury to begin 2019 and he eventually opted out of the 2020 season to prepare for the draft.
