What else needs to be said for Jared Goff and Sean McVay right now other than, “Forget the first half and do better”? That’s all the LA Rams can hope for right now.
The Rams trailed the Dolphins 28-10 thanks to four turnovers by Jared Goff in the first half, including two interceptions and two fumbles. One of the fumbles was returned for a touchdown and the other one nearly was, eventually leading to a touchdown one play later. Even with Tua Tagovailoa only completing five passes for 34 yards in his first NFL first half, Miami leads by three scores.
LA did trail the Buffalo Bills 28-3 earlier this season and eventually took the lead but they’re going to need to be an entirely new team for the next two quarters. Unfortunately, Jalen Ramsey appears to be out for the game with an illness and the defense still needs to do its part against Tua attempting to hold his first NFL lead.
Talk about the comeback attempt in the second half right here!
