The Los Angeles Rams’ defense will get a nice boost Sunday when rookie pass-rusher Terrell Lewis will be activated for the first time this season.
The third-round pick from Alabama should get on the field some against the Washington Football Team. Lewis, who was injured in training camp, has been practicing for a couple of weeks and the Rams feel that he is now ready to play.
This would mean Lewis would be active in time to get a jersey and some playing time on Sunday, and likely the Rams will work him back into live action with care. https://t.co/HvcTRgZMOC

Lewis, a top college talent who has dealt with many injuries, will likely be eased into the playing rotation by the Rams’ coaching staff. But if Lewis can stay healthy, he will be a great boost to this defense as the season progresses.
Meanwhile, the Rams are hopeful starting linebacker Micah Kiser can play. He has been limited this week by a groin injury.
Micah Kiser (groin) is questionable for Sunday, as is CB Troy Hill (ankle), though McVay said Hill will probably play.

Also, rookie running back Cam Akers is still on track to return after being out since Week 2 with a ribs injury. He will be in the running back rotation at Washington.
