In one of the more exciting moments of a lackluster Rams’ 17-9 home victory over the New York Giants on Sunday, Los Angeles star cornerback Jalen Ramsey and New York Giants receiver Golden Tate fought in the middle of the field.

Rams coach Sean McVay said he didn’t know what happened when asked by media about the melee after the game.
Ramsey had a big, clean hit on Tate during the game. But, as USA Today reports, they have personal history. Ramsey has two children with Tate’s sister, Breanna Tate.
“I just saw a little scuffle and did my best to get people out of there,” Rams quarterback Jared Goff later said, according to ESPN.
Defensive tackle Aaron Donald added: “I wasn’t out there at the end of the game. I didn’t even see it; I was in the locker room, so I didn’t even see what happened.”
Ramsey was agitated for quite some time after the incident.

Last year, Ramsey had a post-game issue with former Rams’ cornerback Marcus Peters.
Expect the NFL to investigate the Ramsey-Tate scuffle and there could be potential fines levied.
The NFL will review today’s postgame scuffle between #Rams CB Jalen Ramsey and #Giants WR Golden Tate, but as now, no suspensions are anticipated, I’m told. Fines could be coming.
