It sounds like the Los Angeles Rams have dodged a bullet on the injury front as RG Austin Blythe has divulged that he suffered an ankle sprain on Sunday during the Week 2 game against the New Orleans Saints:
Rams OG Austin Blythe says he has a low ankle sprain, which is the “best case scenario” and good news.” He’s feeling good, doesn’t know how long he will be out.

On slo-mo replay of the injury, you could see Blythe hyperextending his knee and twisting the ankle. It looked...quite painful. For him not to have suffered more damage to the knee and only have sprained the ankle is about as good of news as we could have gotten.
Still, there’s no timetable yet for his return. No official injury information has to be divulged until the injury report on Wednesday. We’ll see how things develop, but should he miss time it’d be OL Jamil Demby coming in as the next man up. Demby’s not the most popular reservist, but I thought he actually played relatively well on Sunday and certainly better than the expectations he was facing when he came in.
That being said, here’s hoping Blythe gets well soon. If nothing else, he’s lucky not to have suffered more than an ankle sprain on the play.
UPDATE:
Blythe is day-to-day:

Good news. He’s day-to-day with a low ankle sprain.
*If Blythe is unable to go in Week 3, it would be the first time a @RamsNFL offensive lineman misses a start due to injury since McVay was hired.
