The Los Angeles Rams will be without starting wide receiver Brandin Cooks in Week 10, when the team heads east to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers, Rams’ head coach Sean McVay announced on Wednesday.
From an injury update standpoint, Brandin Cooks is going to see the specialist again in Pittsburgh. He’s flying out there, he’s really in route right now and will meet with them tomorrow. And really, to go back to what you had kind of asked the other day Lindsey (Thiry), he has not cleared concussion protocol yet. So, we’re really just continuing to gather information. The first visit was very beneficial, got a lot of good information that I think gives him a peace of mind, gives us a clear cut idea of alright ‘how do we want to progress moving forward?’ But with all that being said, he’ll be out this week.
