The Rams are going to make a change at linebacker and might be forced to at safety.

The Los Angeles Rams are headed to the Pacific Northwest to take on the Seattle Seahawks in Week 5 for a crucial NFC West clash on Thursday Night Football.

For the Rams, it comes with a bit of a roster adjustment due to the injury report:

Andrew Whitworth T Not Injury Related - DNP - -
Marcus Peters CB Face Full Full Full -
Taylor Rapp S Ankle DNP DNP DNP Doubtful
Bryce Hager LB Shoulder DNP DNP DNP Out

LB Bryce Hager is out, and S Taylor Rapp is doubtful. That means LB Troy Reeder likely slides in for Hager as he did in Week 4 while Rapp will likely sit in favor of S Marqui Christian. CB Marcus Peters was a late add on Monday but for the cut on his face not a concussion; he practiced all week.

Strangely though, RB Todd Gurley wasn’t listed for a practice off. He normally gets the third practice off while LT Andrew Whitworth gets the second practice off. This would suggest Gurley got a full practice in today. Thursday Night Football, man.

So we’re going to get perhaps two usual inactives activated on Sunday. Four players (OL Bobby Evans, CB David Long Jr., EDGE Ogbonnia Okoronkwo and WR Nsimba Webster) have been inactive all four games. Three players (DT Greg Gaines, TE Johnny Mundt and C Coleman Shelton) have been inactive for three.

As for the Seahawks, their report was much longer but with less impact:

I’ll keep an eye out to see if they have any analysis over at Field Gulls tonight, but that’s Seattle’s starting left tackle and starting left guard designated as “Questionable.”

Inactives should drop roughly an hour before kickoff.
