Per 506 Sports, here’s the early FOX early map for Week 7:
:no_upscale()/cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_asset/file/19296442/Week_7_broadcast_map.png)
- Los Angeles Rams at Atlanta Falcons (red)
- Arizona Cardinals at New York Giants (blue)
- Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions (green)
- San Francisco 49ers at Washington 49ers opponents (yellow)
- NO GAME due to blackout enforced by local home team on CBS (gray)
Non-pictured market coverage: Anchorage, AK - 49ers at 49ers opponents; Fairbanks, AK - 49ers at 49ers opponents; Honolulu, HI - 49ers at 49ers opponents
Well, it’s the smallest map for a Rams game this year, and that’s not much of a surprise with the Rams on a three-game losing streak playing a one-win team across NFL divisional lines. The home market loses both Santa Barbara and Bakersfield to the 49ers’ home market coverage. And yet again, the Imperial Valley won’t get the Rams as again they’re ceded to Cardinals coverage.
The Seattle Seahawks are the only NFC West home market not in action as they’re in the late schedule against the Baltimore Ravens, and they’re getting the Niners’ game with the division race between those two of primary interest.
Meanwhile, the Atlanta market soaks up some local NFC South attention. With the New Orleans Saints late on against the Chicago Bears and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on a bye, most of SEC Country is getting the Rams. Strangely though, the Carolina Panthers’ home seat of Charlotte, North Carolina, is getting Lions-Vikings. Color me confused with that one.
