Wow.
In will be a defining decision for the course of this franchise, the Los Angeles Rams have traded for Jacksonville Jaguars CB Jalen Ramsey:
It’s happening: Former Jaguars’ CB Jalen Ramsey is being traded to the LA Rams for two first-round picks in 2020 and 2021, and a fourth-round pick in 2021, source tells ESPN.

Ramsey is an outstanding corner, but that is an unbelievable price tag. That’s ten years of two first-round caliber prospects and four years of a 2021 player for a player whose contract is up after next year. If the Rams want to keep Ramsey beyond 2020, they’re going to have to break market levels for him as their two first round picks hit just their second and third years in the league.
It’s a hell of a bet from General Manager Les Snead. And it will have immediate dividends as the Rams get ready to take on the Atlanta Falcons in Week 7.
So for anyone who was worried about the cornerback depth chart in the wake of the Marcus Peters trade, we have our answer.
Jalen Ramsey is a Los Angeles Ram.
