The San Francisco 49ers marched into the Los Angeles Coliseum, sent their defensive front up against the Los Angeles Rams’ offensive line, dominated the proceedings and that was that.

It was more complex of course, but you don’t need a ton more than that.

The Rams never put together any semblance of offense with QB Jared Goff amassing 27 passing yards when there was just 12 minutes left in the game. RB Todd Gurley was out leaving RB Malcolm Brown and RB Darrell Henderson to not get their number called a ton today as Hendo’s dropped toss gifted the Niners a possession the Rams could hardly afford. The Rams went 0/9 on third down and 0/4 on fourth down, spoiling a pretty solid defensive showing overall.

The biggest problem for the 2019 Los Angeles Rams has been their inconsistency. They’re all over the place on both sides of the ball, and they’re suffering for it in the standings now as they drop to 3-3.

Time for Rams Head Coach Sean McVay to offer more than coachspeak...
