Los Angeles Rams to play Dallas Cowboys in divisional round of 2019 NFL Playoffs

Welp. The Rams-Cowboys relationship turns up a notch next weekend.

Years ago, Dallas Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones and Los Angeles Rams Owner Stan Kroenke began an unlikely friendship that turned into the driving force behind the Rams’ relocation back to Los Angeles.

Now with the Cowboys having beaten the Seattle Seahawks coupled with tonight’s upset by the Philadelphia Eagles over the Chicago Bears, Jerry and crew will head to LA to face the Rams in the divisional round of the 2019 NFL Playoffs next Saturday evening.

The Rams and Cowboys have met twice in the preseason, in 2016 and 2017, and once in the regular season last year. That game, a rollicking 35-30 road win for the Rams, served as a bit of a coming out party for the Rams under Head Coach Sean McVay.

Now though, we have the biggest game between the two in...well, decades.

The Cowboys will come to LA with what is certain to be a massive away crowd while the Rams look to build on last year’s playoff showing and the Monday Night Game of the Year™ against the Kansas City Chiefs to continue to develop a new, reborn home fan base in LA.

Rams. Cowboys.

See you on Saturday.
