Some of the player ratings for Madden 19 were leaked over the weekend. It’s not a complete list and is of course subject to change, but it is yet another one of those X’s on the calendar that helps us manage the offseason summer slog.
The list compiles a handful of players’ ratings from every NFL team.
For a video breakdown, check this out (Los Angeles Rams at about 3:30 mark):
It comes as no surprise that DL Aaron Donald comes in at a perfect 99 (alongside Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers and Pittsburgh Steelers WR Antonio Brown). With DL Ndamukong Suh rated a 92 and DL Michael Brockers at an 81, the Rams’ D-Line should be just as stout on the virtual gridiron as we expect it to be on the field this fall.
Lock Angeles is also receiving high early marks with CB Aqib Talib and CB Marcus Peters at 89 and 86 respectively while S Lamarcus Joyner and S John Johnson III rated at 88 and 83.
Offensively, RB Todd Gurley ranks just behind Steelers RB Le’Veon Bell and Arizona Cardinals RB David Johnson at 91. WR Brandin Cooks and WR Robert Woods are closely paired at 85 and 83. QB Jared Goff slots in at an 81, just behind Philadelphia Eagles QB Carson Wentz at 85.

I haven’t suited up in Madden in a few years. Do they still have the truck stick? I used to love the truck stick.Looks like the 2019 version has some cool new game modes and features. With the Rams’ incredible offseason, I’ll probably look to clown some fools come early August. Lace ‘em up, fam. I’m throwing it to TE Gerald Everett all day long.
Just try and stop me.
