With the 147th pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Los Angeles Rams select:
Virginia Cavaliers ILB Micah Kiser
This is a very interesting pick for many reasons. First is that Kiser is considered an “older” type of ILB as he predominantly projects as a thumper inside who isn’t afraid of contact and will make hard-hitting tackles all over the field.
Ironically, the Rams hosted Kiser on a visit earlier this month and he also attended the Senior Bowl. General Manager Les Snead loves those guys.
Our own 3k though Kiser projected as a fit for the Rams, and turns out, he was right.
