Another day, another monster trade for the Los Angeles Rams. This time, it’s ILB Alec Ogeltree headed to the New York Giants for a fourth- and sixth-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft with the Rams sending our seventh-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft to the G-Men.
So with that all said, here’s the updated Rams’ draft order in next month’s draft in Dallas:
2018 NFL Draft LA Rams Order
Rd | # overall | # in round | Pick |
---|---|---|---|
Rd | # overall | # in round | Pick |
3 | 87 | 23 | Rams pick |
4 | 111 | 11 | Rams pick (via Dolphins) |
4 | 135 | 35 | Rams pick (via Giants) |
4 | 136 | 36 | Rams pick (via Patriots) |
6 | 176 | 2 | Rams pick (via Giants) |
6 | 183 | 9 | Rams pick (via Dolphins) |
6 | 194 | 20 | Rams pick (via Lions) |
6 | 195 | 21 | Rams pick (via Bills) |

The #111 selection has been reported as the pick we’re getting for the trade with the Miami Dolphins for OLB Robert Quinn. The same lack of knowledge goes for that sixth-round pick from the Kansas City Chiefs via the CB Marcus Peters trade.
So despite the lack of much capital in those first 86 picks, the Rams are stacked up on Day 3 as it stands. And knowing Rams General Manager Les Snead and based on these last few weeks, that may not stand for long...
