Well, today’s gonna be a fun one at the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine.

Los Angeles Rams General Manager is headed to the podium at 10:30am ET which is plenty for Rams fans, but beyond that, we’re three deep on the prospect schedule:

2018 NFL Scouting Combine - Day 3 Schedule

Group Status
Group Status
Group 1 (PK, ST, OL), Group 2 (OL), Group 3 (RB) Psychological Testing | NFLPA Meeting | PK/ST Workout | Media | Bench Press | Interviews
Group 4 (QB, WO), Group 5 (QB, WO), Group 6 (TE) Measurements | Medical Examinations | Overflow Testing | Interviews
Group 7 (DL), Group 8 (DL), Group 9 (LB) Registration | Hospital Pre-Exam & X-rays | Overflow Testing | Orientation | Interviews

So yeah. A lot going on. And unlike yesterday where media just had head coach and general manager interview duties, today they’ll have the special teamers, offensive linemen and running backs on their hands. So yes, expect to see Penn St. RB Saquon Barkley and LSU RB Derrius Guice at the podium, but also expect to see a ton of quality NFL talent working the rounds as well. Consider the 2015 NFL Draft and the Rams’ haul.

At the 2015 NFL Scouting Combine was of course Georgia RB Todd Gurley. But also in attendance were Wisconsin OT Rob Havenstein, Louisville OL Jamon Brown, Oregon St. and Iowa OL Andrew Donnal. All of them were at the Combine. All of them would be drafted by the then St. Louis Rams.

So don’t rule out the rest of the day beyond Barkley and Guice. Don’t discount the prospects who will be in play beyond the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft. Consider this tweet from Southern California News Group Reporter Rich Hammond:

Might want to pay attention today, Rams fans.
