The Los Angeles Rams were able to hold on for a big divisional victory today against the Seattle Seahawks. The win completes a sweep of the Seahawks and moved the Rams to 9-1 on the season. But it may come at a steep cost.
#LARams HC Sean McVay says, “It doesn’t look good” on WR Cooper Kupp. There will be more tests, but McVay reiterated that it doesn’t look good for Kupp’s knee injury.

Cooper Kupp left the game against the Denver Broncos on a cart after suffering a grade 2 MCL sprain. That injury caused him to miss a few games, but he was ultimately able to overcome the injury.
Unfortunately, Kupp and the Rams may not be so lucky. This could be much worse as an ACL tear seems probable. That would be devastating for QB Jared Goff and this Rams offense.
Kupp may lack the pedigree of fellow WR Brandin Cooks or the LA connections of Robert Woods, but he has something much more important to the Rams - chemistry with the Rams franchise QB.
While this has the makings of a not so good situation for the Rams, fans will take a deep breath and hope for the best until the MRI results come back over the next few days.
