The Los Angeles Rams head into week five healthier than they were a week prior with ILB Mark Barron likely returning and KR/PR JoJo Natson ready to go:

The Rams will once again be missing kicker Greg Zuerlein, though they just added Cairo Santos as a replacement option for the time being.
As for Mark Barron and Tyler Higbee, they’re questionable to return and play. It still hasn’t been decided for fact that Barron will return, but it does sound like he’ll return in at least a limited role, per Head Coach Sean McVay:
“I think it gives us a great player back in the mix. Good communicator, has great athleticism to be able to play sideline-to-sideline, good understanding of what we’re trying to get done,” McVay said. “We’ll watch him and see how he feels. Then, obviously tomorrow and leading up into the game, we’ll be able to kind of have a better evaluation of what does that snap count look like. But, if Mark’s going to go, we certainly want to take advantage of that and get him out there and contribute for our defense.”
As for Seattle:

This is what Head Coach Pete Carroll had to say about defensive end Frank Clark:
“He has been sick all week,” Carroll said. “He has been back here, but we sent him back home a couple times because he’s just not feeling well. He’s got a bad stomach, so he’s just working through it. We’ve just got to wait it out and see what happens on the weekend.”
Onto week five.
