The Los Angeles Rams season ended tonight, but it wasn’t a failure. It hurts. A Lot. But we as fans haven’t been in a position to feel this way for nearly 15 years.
The suck is real, but the Rams gave us more this season than we could ever have hoped for last August.
- Everyone expected a 6-10 season. They won 11.
- Jared Goff entered the season labeled as a bust by many. He ended it as the most efficient passer in the NFL.
- Todd Gurley went from sophomore slump to MVP candidate
- Sean McVay had growing pains, but showed he was the right hire.
Yes, tonight was painful. But it was also fun. Fun football in January.... what a concept. Something that the Rams are primed to repeat moving forward - which is exciting.
We will move forward into the doldrums of the NFL offseason, but let us not forget the success that was the 2017 Los Angeles Rams.
